Cancellations: CANCELLATION Guest must pre-pay one night to guarantee their reservation. There is a full refund of the 1 nights deposit minus a $20.00 credit card processing fee should the reservation be canceled 10 days prior to check in. If canceled less than 10 days prior, we will try to re-rent the room. If we can we'll refund your deposit. If we cannot, we retain your entire deposit.

SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION Guest must pay in full 60 days in advance of special event dates. Charges are fully refundable minus a $20.00 credit card processing fee if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to beginning of stay. If canceled less than 60 days before your reservation we will try to re-rent the room, If we cannot, and the room goes unreserved the entire amount of stay will be forfeited.
