ALL ROOMS HAVE: individual controlled heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryers, bath amenities, wireless internet, and TV.

All guest rooms are upstairs, two room suites. Decorated with simple elegance and furnished with antiques. Our room rates range from $180 - $265. Higher rates and minimum stays may apply during special events.

Room rates include tax and a full breakfast is served seven days a week in the dining room or our charming courtyard.

Booking for rooms must be made in advance and secured with a one night credit card deposit. We have a 10 day cancellation policy and a 60 day cancellation policy for special events.

								Queen size antique brass bed. Connects to a large living room with a writing desk, Euro sofa sleeper and a great view. Large bath with a oversize glass shower. High ceilings with skylights. Entire 3rd floor of main house 1400 sq. feet. $265
